We are committed to providing high-quality food, thoughtful service, and a smooth experience from order to delivery. Please review our policies below to understand how we operate and how we handle any issues that may arise.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, all food sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our service and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds or partial credits may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items were delivered

  • Order was not fulfilled as confirmed

  • Significant delays caused by our team

  • Verified quality concerns at the time of delivery

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your order

  • Provide your order name, date, and details of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

2. Returns Policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the situation appropriately.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery within designated service areas during scheduled delivery windows.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimated windows, not guaranteed exact times

  • Someone must be available to receive the order upon arrival

  • We are not responsible for food quality once delivery is completed and items are left unattended

Delivery fees are based on location and will be communicated at the time of booking.

In the event of:

  • Traffic delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Unexpected operational issues

We will communicate updates as promptly as possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require adequate notice to prepare your order with care.

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Eligible for full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposits, if applicable)

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: Non-Refundable

  • Same-day cancellations: Non-refundable

For catering and large orders:

  • Deposits may be required to secure your date

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date (case-by-case basis)

5. Order Changes

We understand plans can shift.

  • Minor changes may be accommodated if requested at least 72 hours before your event

  • Changes requested within 72 hours are not guaranteed
